Working within innovation in Clinical Operations, Alex is responsible for strategic development and oversight of technology and associated operational procedures across a growing clinical trial pipeline at Vertex. With experience across CRO and Biotech, Alex has led the design and implementation of numerous technologies within life sciences, spanning resource management, patient wearables, devices & mobile apps and site-facing study tools & applications. Alex leverages his experiences as a rare disease patient to design patient-centric decentralized clinical trials with a focus on reducing the burden of clinical trial participation by enhancing patient-choice.
