Medable advisory council works to amplify patient voice, inclusivity

In 2020, McKinsey reported that almost 90% percent of pharma and contract-research organizations (CROs) expect virtual trials to be a major component of their portfolios going forward. What does this mean? It means the era of patient-centric care is here. Founded in 2018, Medable's Patient Success team is comprised of former patients, patient advocates, and clinicians whose job it is to ensure Medable and its' clients solutions are as a patient-centric as possible. Recently, Outsourcing-Pharma connected with two Medable representatives about the company’s efforts to step up patient experience and participant diversity, through initiatives like its Patient Advisory Council.
